Simple Summer Slimming

How’s everyone summer??? πŸ€”πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Ž

I am actually enjoying it despite the weather changes but we know London is bipolar and we just have to go with the flow and enjoy the sun when it comes 🀘😎

WE get happy when its sunny,we want to look good and feel good so we tend to eat healthier or even go on mad diets. But its is not good to binge or diet to lose weight fast

Its is best to do so steadily amd sensibly

Today i have a simple breakfast ” OATS” 

We all know ate or eat oats sometime in our life its has many benefits as we know. But when we are losing WEIGHT we tend to not want breakfast or eat too much but its best to be filled with the right foods.

Its GREAT to add fruits such as blueberries and strawberries to your oats if your after a healthier option,you can add jam or just jazz it up with nuts seeds and nut butters!

Trust me you will fall in love again πŸŒΎπŸŒ±πŸ“

If your after some healthy nibbles you can try anything with nuts or seeds. I love sunflower,sesame seeds and chia seeds. These snacks contain cumin and can be eaten on their own or with hummus 😍

Try out new things in store that suit your taste buds and store properly or eat quickly lol like i do. Nothing lasts in my house!  

Its always great to eat fruits thats in season,and try 1 new fruit a month!

Go Support the local farmers & also wash fruits and veggies properly before eating

Melons and strawberries are always ready

Raspberry and blueberries are also good

Adults have to set examples,eat healthy and Kids love fruits so find ways to get them eating. The whole family needs it.

We all need a balance of everything,so chill

No need to rush to lose weight. I lost all ky pregnancy weight in less than 3 months with just breastfeeding and yoga then i introduced the healthy foods and fitness.

Eat clean,drink water,sleep,have fun,LIVE

The less you spend focusing on thr negative sides of your body that you want to lose appreciate what you have gained from it. I gained 3 Beautiful boys and my body was not broken but can be mended. 

Everyone is different!! Just be patient! ❀

If you want to start a challenge,challenge your mind to think good things about what you want and then attack to succeed. πŸ‘β€
